About our dishes
Where do you source your ingredients from?
We source our ingredients from a small group of NZ producers and partners. We use high welfare meat and free range eggs to ensure quality in every dish. All of our chicken, lamb and beef is certified halal. While all our meat is certified halal, it's important to note that we do not maintain separate production or storage areas or use separate utensils.
Tell us a bit more about FED. dishes?
Our FED Chef Beckie is the creative mind behind our dishes. She and her team hand make every dish in small batches from scratch.
Beckie takes care to ensure that all of the meals are nutritionally balanced to support a healthy lifestyle so you can feel good about eating them. You can find all nutritional info on our website and at the back of our dishes.
Are any of the dishes allergen free?
Cooking up goodness for every preference and dietary requirement is something we know is really important to our customers.
Please note that the dishes are prepared in a kitchen that sometimes contains nuts, dairy and wheat so we cannot guarantee any of our dishes will be completely free from traces of key allergens.
If you have any questions, please feel free to message us over at hello@getfed.co.nz.
